Here’s a list of services that we will provide:

Aggressive Contract Negotiation – to ensure that we achieve the best possible price for your prospective property, that will satisfy your financial requirements.

Personal Service – we will come to you!! To collect everything from cheques to signed contracts or any other supporting documents required for a successful transaction. We will also go to the landlord’s office to issue payments, get receipts issued and anything else that is required to secure your home.

Liaising with your Housing Department – to ensure that they receive all documentation from the landlord that they would require to process your housing application.

ADDC Connection – collecting the signed application form from you as well as the security deposit and then heading over to ADDC to transfer the water and lights (utilities) to your name at one of the ADDC branches in Abu Dhabi. Ensuring that there will be no interrupted connection – to the best of our ability.
