About Charles:
After leaving the farm in the Midwest USA, Charles Rosenbaum CMCA, AMS, PCAM went to the University of Washington where he majored in Business Administration/Accounting. Charles found his career in Real Estate and Owner Association Management.
He successfully owned and operated a Owner Association Management Company for twelve years in Las Vegas, Nevada consisting of over ninety associations and thirty five employees.
As a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) since 1993 he has earned the top certification of Professional Community Manager (PCAM). As one of less than two thousand PCAMs in the world Charles brings a high level of knowledge and skill to the position of Manager of Highrise Owners Association Management (HOAM).
