Payment Plans

There are different payment plans at Eagle Hills Maryam Island to make the payment process easier for buyers. Here are some of the payment options:

There is an option to pay upon 6 installments for one-bedroom apartments in Azure and Sapphire residence:

5% down payment, followed by 5% in December 2019, February 2020, April 2020, May 2020, then 75% is the final installment which you pay upon the apartment completion and handing over.

For Cayan and Indigo residence, the apartments are larger in size and contain between two to three bedrooms. Payment can be done upon 5 installments to 12 installments depending on the percentage from the whole price.
