Q & A with Mohamed Adib Amin

What do you think contributed to your success in this particular deal?

I always make a point to promptly answer clients’ calls at all times. In cases where I’m not able to answer their calls, I make sure to call them back as soon as I am available. This may seem like a simple thing to do, but it is often overlooked by many agents and is one thing that makes clients feel important and well looked after. I also made sure I’m always on time to property viewings and come prepared to show the properties and answer all clients’ questions accurately. I always make sure that all aspects of the deal benefit and satisfy both the seller and buyer.

What one thing do you do as a broker, to differentiate yourself from others?

One unique thing about me is that I never give up. I follow up with my clients all the time and maintain close contact with them, both new and old clients. I don’t set a limit to myself, nor do I settle for what I can achieve at this point in time. I always strive harder with each and every new client.

As an experienced agent, what advice would you give to a broker who is new in the UAE property market?

The UAE & Dubai real estate market is definitely in the top 3 most established and prominent property market s in the world. The Dubai government – through its regulatory arm, The Dubai Land Department – always implements new initiatives to improve real estate practices, making property transactions easy and fast, and with increase d transparency to ensure we provide the best services to all clients. Given all the support and clear direction from the UAE and Dubai government, new agents need to be dedicated to their job, deliver their commitments and above all, be honest at all times.

Tell us how we can better our services to remain your preferred digital marketing partner?

Better Homes is one of the leading real estate agencies in the Middle East. As a company, we always strive to give our best services to clients and earn their trust. propertyfinder.ae has long been a strong partner in reaching potential clients and is a valuable platform in showcasing our great properties to customers who are looking for their dream home or a rewarding investment. To keep our commitment to our clients, Better Homes and propertyfinder.ae must work hand in hand in making sure only quality listings are shown online – those that reflect correct property details and give a fair deal – and exclude those just trying to manipulate and accumulate leads.
