Q&A with Waddah Batal

Why do you deserve to be the next Outstanding Agent?
I am a hard worker and never want to miss my targets. I am extremely ambitious and push myself to follow my dreams.

Give one very specific example in your work as an agent when you exemplified hustle, transparency, and integrity.
When I first approach a prospect, I do the best to understand exactly what he is looking at, I deliver first hand overview of the market trends, best deals being in the market and understand the expectations in order to provide the best property/budget match ratio.

How has Propertyfinder added value to your work?
Propertyfinder plays a big role when it comes to providing good quality leads. The technicalities used to build this amazing platform help our clients contact us easily.

What would you do if money were no object?
If my client (investor) told me that money were no object, I would advise them to invest in a project that would generate the most ROI. If my client (end user) said the same, I would advise them to get the best quality finishing compared to the location and price.

Who is your idol?
My CEO, Ameen Alqudsi at Nationwide Middle East Properties, is my biggest idol, he was my first mentor and has taught me so many great things which I will forever treasure.

If you could tell your 12 year-old self one bit of advice, what would it be?
To always be yourself in everything you do, because if you’re true to yourself, no one can stop you from reaching your dreams.

If you could ask UAE’s Ministry of State for Happiness for one thing, what would you request?
Spread happiness among workers by implementing good programs to just being happy while working.
