Talha Khan from Excellent Home Real Estate Ajman

Congratulations! Tell our audience about your latest achievement, which is the reason why you won this month’s Outstanding Agent Award for Ajman.

My latest achievement was to sell a one-bedroom apartment in Rashidiya Tower in Ajman, at the price of AED 235,000.

Tell our audience THREE things that set you apart from other agents and why they should give YOU a call when looking for a property in Ajman?

The three things which I never let go are:

  • Honesty
  • Communication
  • Responsiveness

What is the ONE piece of advice you’d give to agents who are new in the market or are struggling to close their deals?

Be honest! That’s the key. Never forget your clients, always be responsive and satisfy them as much as possible. When they have trust in you, they will prefer to work with you rather than any other agent. Hard work always pays off!

How long have you been using Property Finder? What are the THREE key benefits you see from being Property Finder’s client, and how do you use them to your advantage, as an agent?

I have been using Property Finder for one year. I noticed that I am receiving more calls, more leads and above all, no more fake calls!

What does winning the Outstanding Agent award mean to you, and why would you recommend others to enter?

Winning the Outstanding Agent award has always been an achievement for me. It makes me feel passionate about my work and boost my ability to work harder.
