I closed my sixth sales transaction in Yas Island which makes my total closed deals around 25 million dirhams this month.

Firstly, I put myself into the clients’ shoes and always seek for the option which is best for them.
I know all real estate procedures from A to Z and stay in touch with my clients from the beginning until everything is set.
I keep myself up to date with the market changes, trending area and projects which will bring valuable benefits to investors.

What is the ONE piece of advice you’d give to agents who are new in the market or are having a hard time to close deals?

Stay focused and engage with your clients before going into any business.
