It is an incredible recognition of hard work and dedication. My greatest achievement, for which I am receiving this award, was the sale of a commercial plot in Yas Bay for 8,150,000 Dirham. Located in a prime area, this plot will bring a very high ROI to my client and a very good commission for my company.

When looking for a commercial plot or building in Abu Dhabi, I am the right person. Not only am I fully informed about the opportunities in the Abu Dhabi market but at the same time, I also put the customer’s interests first. I am professional and reliable in all my interactions. I am a focused and determined agent bringing the best deal to both parties. My strengths are:

 What is the ONE piece of advice you’d give to agents who are new in the market or are having a hard time to close deals?

The most important thing and the key for my success is “Know your work.” In my field, I have to be able to answer all questions and to ensure I show my clients that I am fully informed.

Mistakes cannot happen in our line of work. We have to be prepared and fully understand the scope of work when pursuing this career.

I have been listing with Property Finder for one year. It’s the same amount of time since I joined Provis. The three benefits of listing with Property Finder are:

  • Direct Contact: Clients can contact me directly; this is the best thing to engage with a client. One needs to make sure we never miss a call or a message and immediately gain the client’s attention and trust.
  • Exposure: Exposure is very important in terms of listing quality and company’s name. Clients need to trust not only the agent but also the company they are dealing with.

If a client asks us a question whose answer we do not know, in a few seconds, we can check what are the market rates and what are other companies’ practices (for instance, price per square feet) and reply to our client.
