I won this month’s Outstanding Agent Award for Ajman thanks to my clients who rented commercial shops and residential units in our new project, Central Plaza Al Jurf – Ajman. The total annual rent of these units is AED 2.5 million.

  • Passion and dedication towards my work: Successful people are those who enjoy what they do for a living. Loving my work is what makes me stand out and committed to do my best.
  • Effective communication and responsiveness: I believe that timely communication and follow up are the most important ways real estate agents can stand out. Real estate is a fast-paced industry, and if you don’t return calls or emails quickly after you get them, you may lose out to another agent with a faster response time.
  • Excellent relationship with clients: Customer service is the key for success. Caring about your client will help create trust, which will lead to a great performance and long-term relationship.

What is the ONE piece of advice you’d give to agents who are new in the market or are having a hard time to close deals?

Many agents who want to make it big in the real estate industry fail in one important aspect: the follow up. When you fail to take every lead you get, you are less likely to become a top performer. Following up every lead is crucial in achieving success.
