Last month I achieved sales totalling 65 million Dirham. The deal that made my month was a sale of a custom-made, 7-bedroom villa for 35 million Dirham. I not only handled the transaction for the high-profile buyer, but also managed his relocation formalities. I wanted to make sure I delivered exceptional service, given his VIP status, according to his acquired taste.
Tell our audience THREE things that set you apart from other agents and why they should call YOU when looking for a property in Dubai?
- Honesty: I’m transparent and honest with clients from the moment I speak to him/her to develop trust and a long-term relationship that yields more referrals and repeat business.
- Market Research: Due diligence and being a local expert in my area. Nothing beats information and intel. With this, potential customers can see that I’m well-informed and always ready to give them expert advice, based on real numbers and statistics that will aid them towards the right investment decisions.
- Passion: I love what I do. If you are passionate about your craft, you will never have to work a day in your life.
What is the ONE piece of advice you’d give to agents who are new in the market or are having a hard time to close deals?
Be punctual, set commitments, and build good relationships with clients. Practise smart negotiation skills, have a business plan and always aim for your targets.

It’s not just for myself but the whole team of Valco Properties, from our CEO Mr. Parham, my fellow agents in the team, our marketing manager and admins down to our office lady, we are all thankful of receiving this award and it’s a culmination of the whole team’s hard work and efforts.
