It was a big month for me, I sold three huge mansions in Emirates Hills, a fully upgraded villa in Meadows with lake views, an upgraded corner villa and on top along with a tremendous three bedroom huge apartment in Six Towers in Dubai Marina.

What is the ONE piece of advice you’d give to agents who are new in the market, or are struggling to close their deals?
Be an expert in the areas that you are dealing in. Also, always be transparent, truthful, proactive and business will come itself. There’s no other rocket science formula.
