Cheques and payments must be in the name of the landlord.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Any party which does not comply to the regulations set by the <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.propertyfinder.ae\/en\/area-insights\/dubai\/dubai-land\" title=\"Dubai Land\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\" target=\"_blank\">Dubai Land<\/a>
