The process is the same as that of the tenant. The SEWA connection request for commercial properties is a 2-step process and is as follows.<\/p><p>Step 1:<\/p><p>Provide:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A copy of Emirates ID<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy of Tenancy Contract or Trade Licence Number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Survey report of the property by the Economic Department<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Original and approved Tenancy Contract that is signed by the landlord and the tenant<\/li>\n<\/ul><p>Once all of the above is done, we will move to the next step.<\/p><p>Step 2:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Submit an application at the SEWA customer service centre<\/li>\n<\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pay the SEWA security deposit (depending on the registered property)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The service agreement should be executed as stated on the tenancy contract<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attest the tenancy contract from Sharjah Municipality<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of last paid bill.
