Here&rsquo;s a brief overview of the terms and conditions:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customers need to pay their water and electricity bills every month using their ADDC bill&rsquo;s preferred payment methods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A bounced cheque will result in an <strong>AED 50<\/strong> fine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If services are disconnected due to non-payment, restoring the connection will cost <strong>AED 100<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Violations with any ADDC&rsquo;s equipment will result in an <strong>AED 10,000<\/strong> fine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supplying ADDC services to others will cost an <strong>AED 10,000<\/strong> fine, in addition to consumption fees and other damage costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customers must not reconnect services without informing ADDC. Doing so will lead to an <strong>AED 1000<\/strong> fine, in addition, deposit and overdue payments will be taken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A Clearance Certificate must be obtained at the end of the residency contract, or extra charges will be added to future fines or consumption fees on the same account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If customers do not follow ADDC&rsquo;s terms, their services can be disconnected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customers must update their details in the agreement to avoid any issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If bills are not paid for over <strong>60 days<\/strong>, ADDC can disconnect services without warning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customers must pay the security deposit as per ADWEA&rsquo;s regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No new applications will be accepted from the same account after moving out.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-to-get-a-commercial-addc-connection-in-abu-dhabi\">How to Get a Commercial ADDC Connection in Abu Dhabi<\/h2><p>If you buy or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertyfinder.ae\/en\/commercial-rent\/abu-dhabi\/properties-for-rent.html\" target=\"_blank\">rent a commercial property<\/a>, they can also apply for the ADDC connection.
