The top buyers were:<\/p><ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Jordanian nationals: 928 properties for AED2.3bn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">Lebanese nationals: 702 properties for AED1.8bn.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">Egyptian nationals: 809 properties for AED1.6bn.<br><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol><p>The total real estate investment done by GCC nationals amounted for AED 9 billion of all the investments in the first 8 months of 2015. The top buyers were:<\/p><ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>UAE nationals: AED 5.799 billion from 980 investors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saudi Arabia: AED 1.890 billion from 604&nbsp;investors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kuwaiti nationals: AED 500 million from&nbsp;170 investors.<\/li>\n<\/ol><p>As for non-Arab investments in Dubai properties, the sums of transactions amount to AED 12 billion through 5466 investors from 102 nationalities. The top buyers&nbsp;were:<\/p><div id=\"ctl00_ctl68_g_75f8f9b6_0fa4_40b1_a88a_252bd673a1a7_pnlData\">\n<div class=\"news_viewer\">\n<div class=\"alltxt_viewer\">\n<div class=\"news_txt_viewer\">\n<div class=\"ExternalClassB45CC6A44B51457EB9B5D8EE678CD543\">\n<ol>\n<li>India nationals:&nbsp;AED 3.040 billion from&nbsp;1293 investors.<\/li>\n<li>Pakistan nationals:AED 1.392 billion from&nbsp;953 investors.<\/li>\n<li>British nationals: AED 1.892 billion from&nbsp;699 investors.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><p>Looking to buy property in Dubai?
