Fabricio shared his team’s transaction history with Propertyfinder and watched his number of leads soar. 1. Why were you open to the idea of sharing your transactions data<\/a> with Propertyfinder?<\/strong>\n\nWe are big supporters of a transparent market. Sharing data of what was sold or rented gives legitimacy to our agent’s performance and shows the public what’s really happening in the market.\n\n \n\n2. What has been the impact of displaying your transactions so far?<\/strong>\n\nWe get more calls from sellers and landlords to list properties as they prefer to list with a performing agent and area specialist.\n\nDue to our high ranking on Propertyfinder in the Palm Jumeirah Residential sales, our agent Akylbek received a listing in Al Batten for sale. Several viewings were scheduled and an offer was made. A similar case is our JLT specialist, Sukhjit, who received a listing from a landlord in  JLT keen to list an office for rent after seeing For Est’s quality of listings and overall transactions.\n\n \n\n3. Why do you think it’s a good idea for UAE brokers to use the Transactions tool on propertyfinder.ae?<\/strong>\n\nIt is so important to increase market transparency. This can educate buyers and sellers on what is really being sold or rented with actual prices and date of transactions.\n\n \n\n4. How do you think Transactions will effect the UAE real estate market?<\/strong>\n\nIt has the ability to create realistic expectations for everyone in the market. It will educate tenants and landlords on the actual market condition. When sellers and buyers know their budget, Transactions allows them to avoid buyers’ underbidding, and sellers’ overpricing properties.\n\n<\/p>
