I would advise them to visit us, and we will help them with what they need. &nbsp; <strong>What&rsquo;s your best-negotiating tip?<\/strong> My negotiation style varies from client to client but mainly I try to be transparent, honest and arm them with all the information and advice I can give. It&rsquo;s a very big step in their lives so it deserves a lot of care and attention. &nbsp; <strong>What do you think is the change that has most improved living here?<\/strong> I believe that investors have been very smart and accurate which has improved living in the UAE. &nbsp; <strong>Are there any trends you are seeing in housing at the moment? What is most in-demand?<\/strong> People are choosing comfort over high spending. Many people have made the move from Dubai to Sharjah. &nbsp; <strong>What do you wish sellers or landlords better understood about the market in the UAE?<\/strong> Landlords need to be more educated about the rules and regulations as it&rsquo;s changing all the time. Once they are aware of all this, they will be more receptive and helpful towards the agencies. &nbsp; <strong>If you didn&rsquo;t work in real estate, what career would you pursue?<\/strong> I believe I would still choose real estate, I have gained experience and believe I am good at it.
