In other words, fees vary from one place to another.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-transfer-charges-in-dubai\"><strong>Transfer charges in Dubai<\/strong><\/h3><p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertyfinder.ae\/blog\/dubai-land-department\/\" target=\"_blank\">Dubai Land Department<\/a> charges 4% of the sale value for property sales registration.
