Once you do, your employer will be responsible for getting your work visa that takes about two to three weeks. Required papers vary, so you need to check with the official agency. You can get a visa that is only valid for three years from a free zone in Dubai.<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Property Owner Visa: <\/strong>If you own a property in Dubai, you are allowed to apply for a renewable residence visa, but you will need to check with the developer if there are certain requirements needed and what the visa benefits are.<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Dependent Visa: <\/strong>You can apply for a dependent visa if you have children over 18 years old. They can sponsor your visa, but they will need to earn a basic salary of<strong> AED 20,000 <\/strong>a month.<\/li><\/ul><p>You may sponsor your spouse or children (if they are under 18 years of age), but your minimum salary should not be less than <strong>AED 4,000<\/strong> or <strong>AED 3,000 plus accommodation<\/strong>.<\/p><p>There are some general requirements when applying for any type of visa.
