In November, sales transactions recorded a remarkable performance, crossing <strong>10,000<\/strong> transactions, which was the highest recorded since 2011.&nbsp;<\/p><p>In addition, November 2022 didn&rsquo;t only attain 10,941 total sales transactions but also witnessed a <strong>58.5%<\/strong> year-on-year increase compared to the same month last year, with <strong>6,905<\/strong> transactions. On the value level, there was a significant increase of <strong>70.8%<\/strong> in transactions, with an amount of <strong>AED 30.5 billion<\/strong> compared to <strong>AED 17.9<\/strong> <strong>billion<\/strong> in November 2021.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-existing-properties\"><strong>Existing Properties<\/strong><\/h2><p>Furthermore, in terms of volume, the transactions of existing properties&rsquo; reached <strong>5,825<\/strong>, leading to a significant increase of <strong>54.8<\/strong><strong>%<\/strong> year-on-year; this is a great proof of the outstanding performance of the sales transactions during November 2022. Its&nbsp; transactions reached more than <strong>AED 12.7 billion<\/strong> for the first time in a decade, which means an increase of <strong>87.1%<\/strong> compared to <strong>AED 6.8 billion<\/strong> in November 2021. Alternatively, the tenancy market witnessed a slight slowdown momentum in November 2022, recording <strong>53,086<\/strong> total registered contracts compared to <strong>53,756<\/strong> in October 2022.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Moreover, annual contracts represent around <strong>89%<\/strong> of the total registered rental contracts, witnessing an increase of&nbsp;<strong>7.5%<\/strong> compared to the same period last year.
