It witnessed <strong>1,838<\/strong> off-plan sales transactions in <strong>Q2 2023<\/strong>, while in <strong>Q2 2022<\/strong>, it had only <strong>947<\/strong> transactions.&nbsp;<br><br>This represents <strong>71.4%<\/strong> of the total transactions; on the other hand, Q2 2022&rsquo;s total sales transactions were <strong>60.7%<\/strong>, which reflects an astonishing <strong>billion<\/strong> in Q2 2022.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The market also witnessed a decrease of <strong>4.3%<\/strong> in the off-plan transaction value in Q2 2023 compared to Q1 2023.<\/li>\n<\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Existing\/Ready Sales Transactions<\/strong><\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In Q2 2023, the existing\/ready market witnessed the registration of <strong>735<\/strong> ready properties, while in Q2 2022, it amounted to <strong>612<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul><ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The number of registered properties
