About me
Our main responsibility as a property consultant is to provide sound advice about properties to potential buyers. We must use and utilize all the knowledge that we have about real estate to suggest that property to the buyer which fits his description or specifications. We offer financial advice as well to the buyers so that they can strike a financially sound deal with the seller. We are doing a research on the real estate market to be updated about the current trends and new real estate options.
It is our responsibility as a property consultant to maintain proper relations with existing clients and try to attract more customers for a strong and trusted customer base, maintaining records and reports of the properties suggested and sold for future reference. We are required to visit potential sites with the buyers to inform them about the positives and negatives of the real estate property. We are also responsible for preparing the necessary documents of real estate for the buyers.
