About me
Anahit has been in Dubai since 1991 and witnessed part of the journey of freehold properties having worked for most prominent real estate companies over 18 years. Her almost two decades in real estate simply attest to her competence and savvy. Prior to Gulf Sotheby’s International Realty, Anahit was the Executive Senior International Property Advisor, CIPS of Engel & Völkers Dubai. She also served as a Senior Property Consultant at Hamptons International. Her extensive experience in off-plan and ready properties and knowledge of the UAE freehold industry have helped many investors. A real estate professional who is always ahead of the market trends and has exceeded many clients’ expectations, Anahit has established a reputation within the industry as “the lady who is always ahead of the game”. Anahit holds a Master’s Degree in Linguistics and Philology. She is also a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and a member of the National Association of Realtors®.
