About me
Andrew is a RICS Chartered Surveyor with 6 years’ experience in the commercial property market across a variety of sectors, including office, retail and industrial.
Initially starting out at Scotland’s largest independent firm of chartered surveyors, Andrew worked in a commercial agency role on a portfolio of 2,500 properties, with 200 active instructions at any one time.
Shortly after obtaining MRICS status in November 2013, Andrew joined international property consultancy firm JLL as an industrial and logistics agency surveyor. Andrew was responsible for a list of 70 instructions including mutli-let industrial estates, logistics and manufacturing facilities, and development sites. Andrew acted on behalf of a number of high profile funds, property companies and high net worth individuals including CBRE Global Investors, Columbia Threadneedle, Moorfield and M7 Real Estate.
