Ben has over 10 years experience in the commercial real estate sector in the GCC (UAE focused) covering sales and leasing of commercial, retail, mixed use and industrial assets. Experienced in developing and executing sales strategies for the leading property developments in the GCC with strong existing relationships with key stakeholders. Legally qualified and able to negotiate nuanced and complex commercial lease, and sale agreements.
Responsible for commercial sales and leasing in the DIFC; managing relationships with the institutional and smaller property owners and the tenant representation side of the business. Conducting larger capital market asset sales outside the DIFC for higher value asset disposals / purchase instructions including full building, labour camps, industrial assets and multiple floor commercial assets. Also providing leasing services on such asset classes.
