About me
In 2008, David co-founded the company and has since been involved in the management of the company as well as playing a role in sales and leasing transactions in excess of more than three million square feet in the UAE.
David began his real estate career in Sydney, Australia and entered the UAE in 2005 working for Dubai Properties, a semi-government real estate pioneer developer, responsible for master community developments. He established Dubai Properties' auction house, which was responsible for sales of more than AED 1 billion. David was also involved with corporate sales and the strategic development of Business Bay before joining H&H Investments and Developments, where he oversaw the ongoing sales and leasing of a five million sq. ft. mixed-use portfolio.
In 2008, David co-founded CORE Commercial and has since been involved in the leasing of more than two million square feet of commercial space in Dubai, with property sales surpassing AED 1.5 billion.
