-Monitor sales team activities and progress, as my main role is to motivate and train our agents to control and close the deals properly, follow up with the ongoing deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale.

-Monitor property market prices as per designated areas.
-Out sourcing properties from direct owners.
-Finding investors and establish a long business relationship commitment.
-Keeping up to date of the up-coming projects in Dubai.
