Property consultants specialize in assisting investors & buyers to take appropriate decisions regarding property purchase. In fulfilling the job, we (consultants) scout and identify investors with property consultancy needs. We contact these clients through calls & email to offer them consultancy services. We usually prepare and present business proposals to clients to convince them of their services and secure a consulting deal.
As a property consultants, we watch out for old and new properties on the market. We are responsible for putting properties up for sale usually by advertising and marketing the property on various media and advert channels.
We also market property vacancies to attract prospective tenants. We also maintain an up-to-date knowledge of government policies and relationship with legal counsels and other consultants to exchange information and expand personal network.
In fulfilling the role, we assist in the resolution of issues with property residents or tenants.
