About me
I am fulfilling my client’s requirements since 2012 in both rental and sales of the villas, apartments and specially lands!!!
I have done my market research specifically in Lands, my specialized areas are [ VC, JVT, Furjan, Jebel Ali Hills etc ]
I have learned negotiation skills and research from the owner of my company “Mr. Junaid Ahmed” who is also a very well-known land consultant in UAE and Pakistan since 2008.
Currently I am also working on several off plan projects successfully with many biggest developers like Emaar, Dubai Properties and Nakheel etc.
My first and the last priority is to make my clients (Sellers and Buyers) to be happy with my work, I always try my best to get them a win-win deal.
