With more than three years of experience in the real estate industry, Garvin is a leasing client manager with D&B Properties. Primarily focused on the NSHAMA Town Square and Mira communities, he has an in-depth understanding of the rental market in Dubai. His expertise also spans Al Barsha, Dubai Marina, and Dubai Hills Estate – three popular residential communities in Dubai for rentals.
Over the years, he has refined his organizational and communication skills and has become a reliable team player with excellent self-management skill.
A problem-solver, Garvin is a proud citizen of Trinidad and Tobago. He earned his diploma in Criminology from the University of Trinidad and Tobago. A graduate in Sports Science and Management from the same university, he also holds a diploma from the TEFL Academy in the UK.
During his undergraduate years, he used to volunteers are a football coach. Now when he finds time, you can find him playing football or coaching teenagers in the UAE.
