About me
James Davies is a Global Property Consultant of the Leasing division of Gulf Sotheby’s International Realty. He currently specialises in the area of Jumeirah Golf Estates. Prior to Gulf Sotheby’s International Realty, James was working for the largest independent estate agency in Surrey, UK. During the three years that James spent within the real estate industry in the UK, he managed to be the undisputed top grossing consultant within his department for the majority of his time spent within the company. James then moved his focus on to international real estate and chose to move to Dubai, which is when he started his new career with Gulf Sotheby’s International Realty. James earned his education at Godalming College where he studied Law, Business Studies, Psychology and Sociology. In addition to real estate, James’ other passions include skiing, motorsport, downhill mountain biking, travelling, and socialising.
