Jonathan Wright BSc (Hons) MRICS (Associate)
Jonny joined Cavendish Maxwell in 2013, following 4 years at Bradley Hall Charted Surveyors, working in diverse role in the North East of England. Jonny is a fully qualified Charted Surveyor and has experience predominantly working in commercial agency and asset management. During Jonny’s career as a surveyor, he has worked with a multitude of regional, national and international occupiers across sectors such as business space disposal/ acquisition, asset and building management, investment agency, receivership and valuation to name but a few.
Whilst in Dubai, Jonny has lead various tenant representation mandates acting on behalf on international companies including Vodafone, Rolls Royce, Roche, G4s, Jaguar Landover, DHL, Citi Bank, Riverbed Technology and Emirates Airline. Jonny assists with Investment work across a number of sectors, providing clients with cash flow modelling, NPV/IRR analysis and asset management strategies.
