Kurt Berger is a Sr. Global Property Consultant at Gulf Sotheby’s International Realty. He specializes in Jumeirah Golf Estates and Meydan District One. Having worked with both residential, commercial, land and off-plan real estate Kurt possesses in-depth knowledge of quality developers and valued developments in Dubai.
Coming from a background in operations and sales from the furniture industry in Italy, shipping 70-90 containers a month to European retailers and interior decorating in Qatar, he has a keen eye for design, detail, quality and problem solving. Kurt has over 10 years of experience in the UAE real estate. Starting in 2009 with in Abu Dhabi office and later moving to the Dubai market, he is extremely vigilant of the UAE property trends.
Being of Austrian and Danish descent growing up as a UN expat kid, exposing him to a plethora of different cultures, Kurt speaks fluent English, Danish, and is proficient is German and Italian as well.
