Naeem has over 14 years of experience as a property consultant,he has joined the real estate brokerage industry in 2007 and is the backbone of AAJ Property. In addition to being an expert in sales and marketing, his understanding of the real estate market is not limited to sales and transactions, rather spans over all administrative affairs, documentation as well as legal management.
Over the course of his career, Naeem has established strong relations with all the prominent developers, local administrative departments and real estate brokerage colleagues. His strong relations across the industry allow him to always find solutions for clients directly or through external support.
He also has a strong grip on empty plots, since he understands turn-key projects where clients buy lands and require designers, architects, contractors and vendors for their personalisation or for onward sales.
