Neelam started off her career as a secretary in Dubai 24 years ago. After working in the same profile for 9 years, in 2005 she got an opportunity to become a licenced agent and foray into the real estate segment. Surprisingly, she was hired as a sales consultant with one of the most reputed Real Estate companies in the city at the start of her career as well, but this time around she held on to the opportunity.
