About me
I obtained my Masters Degree from Yerevan State University for Foreign Languages in Armenia. I commenced my career as a Lecturer of German and Latin Languages at the Yerevan State Medical University whilst simultaneously working as a freelancer translator.
In 2001, I decided to relocate to Dubai; within a timespan of 12 years, I became a General Manager at a famous Jewellers Boutique. During this period, I obtained my Dubai Tour Guide License whereby I was working as a freelancer tour guide primarily focusing on German and Russian tourists.
Living in Dubai, the real estate market was always a sector which inspired me due to its rapid growth and innovative upcoming developments. In 2013, I decided to focus on this sector, concentrating on the Palm Jumeirah. Despite being new to the field, I quickly adapted and self-developed as my past experiences of interacting with clients and comprehending their needs as well as speaking fluently 3 languages gave me a competitive advantage.
