Rizwan graduated from the Center of Higher Studies Nicosia Cyprus in 2001 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management Travel and Tourism.
He began his career as Food and Beverages, working with Grecian Bay Hotel Ayia Napa Cyprus for three years. Thereafter he moved to UK Work as Assistant Manager with Eiles and Martin Group of Restaurant in Midland UK for 2 Years. In early 2009 he came to Dubai to explore the vast opportunities that U.A.E. has to offer.
Within UAE, he has worked with leading companies in Real Estate and property management,
Dealing with very high-end properties he has gained valuable expertise allowing him to work as a senior property consultant with Valco Properties Broker L.L.C.
Fluent in English & Urdu, Hindi he specializes in JBR (Jumeirah Beach Residences) such as properties within Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, Jumeirah Lake Towers and free hold Emaar projects all over Dubai.
