Easy access to SZR, Al Khail, Downtown. Many many of my friends and colleagues have moved to Executive Towers for primarily these factors. Several other USP s as well.

The Complete EXECUTIVE TOWERS Complex is so well conceived, modern and family-friendly, sport-friendly, my best time in Dubai was to have stayed there. Walking distance from Metro and in the Middle of the city. One of the best places to live in Dubai.

I had a wonderful residential experience in Business Bay towers. The security Staff, the facilities, the outdoor yard with different cusines to choose from, and the cleanliness of the buildings made everything worth it. It is centrally located so we used to go to DM almost everyday or even have a walk in the downtown. Maybe it was a little bit more expensive comparing to other residential areas, but personaly my accomodation there for 2 years will never be forgotton. I miss Dubai more than anything now.
