Affordable, superb amenities As compared to other projects in Business Bay, the Marquise Square has really set a very high standard. Very immaculately designed and the amenities are pretty much in the likes of a 5-star hotel. And the best part is rents are not that high. Good value for money.

I have viewed so many towers in Business Bay but this property is outstanding. Just handed over and the overall look, amenities of the tower are very elegant. Rent is not very high and the management is very helpful.

Beautiful finishing, brand new building. Great gym and good size pool. Close to Downtown but also nice Canal views.

This property is not fit for living, you can hear whatever neighbors are doing ALL the time, even if they just sneeze, not talking about louder activities. The management of the building is simply ignoring all of the complaints and not even trying to sort it out. Stay away from this property or forget about privacy and decent good night sleep.
