Facilities are old , gym equipment needs replacement , small pool , low efficient elevators and poor plumbing On the other hand cheap , perfectly located on the park Reinnovation going on hopefully will fix weak points

I find the building good to live in with the metro station just 400 meters away and nearby ameneties, Mosque, Garden, running track and resturants.

It is a good place to live in with all amenities and supermarkets near you and metro just 400 meters a way from it.
Tower with the slowest elevators in Dubai.
Dubai Gate 1 has really slow elevators, that are constantly out of order. The apartment finishing and hallways are quite worn our, especially bathrooms. Kitchen is very dark, as a separate room and the layout is not very functional. View is nice from high floors both towards Marina and desert. Unfortunately also noisy because of proximity to SZR.
