The Valley is a new desert-themed residential neighbourhood by Emaar Properties to be built on a site at the junction of the E66 Dubai-Al Ain and E77 Jebel Ali-Lehbab roads.

The housing will be located in a neighbourhood to be called 'Eden'. It will consist of three- and four-bedroom villas in three architectural styles, all with garden views and large windows and terraces.

‘May Bell’ will be ‘purist and minimal’; the ‘Iris’ collection will be ‘sleek and light’; and Spruce will be infused with ‘warm and earthy tones’.
