Once you download the app, the entire process from eligibility check to move-in typically completes within one business day. To qualify for monthly rent payments through RNPM you must be the end-user tenant renting a residential unit in Dubai, with: A minimum monthly income of AED 8,500, a minimum AECB credit score of 540, a UAE-issued credit or debit card, a valid Emirates ID (required before landlord payment is released), an annual rent of at least AED 30,000. New arrivals to the UAE and self-employed or freelance applicants are reviewed on a case-by-case basis based on income consistency shown in bank statements.

Yes. RNPM lets you pay rent monthly in Dubai using your UAE-issued credit card or debit card, charged automatically on your agreed payment date each month. This is one of the key advantages over the traditional check system—your card is debited monthly, aligned with your salary cycle, with no need to issue post-dated cheques or visit your bank.

Your monthly rent in Dubai is calculated based on your annual rent amount and the number of landlord payments agreed upon in your tenancy contract, plus Keyper's service fee. Affordability is assessed based on verified income and your AECB credit profile.

RNPM charges a transparent service fee, there is no interest. For example, an annual rent of AED 60,000, your monthly installment is approximately AED 5,200 with the service fee included. The exact fee is shown in the monthly rent calculator on the app before you commit to anything. There are no hidden charges. If a payment fails and is still unsuccessful after two automatic retries, a fixed late fee of AED 1,000 applies.

In Dubai, rent is typically paid in cheques. With Pay Monthly, we pay your rent to the landlord upfront based on the agreed payment terms, while you repay your rent in convenient monthly installments. RNPM is structured as a payment management agreement with a service fee, not as an interest-bearing loan. RNPM operates in accordance with UAE financial regulations. The process usually completes within one business day, though it can take up to two business days. If your income is verified automatically through your bank via Lean, the check is instant. Manual bank statement review, needed when open banking is unavailable, typically adds one business day. You will see the outcome directly in the Property Finder app and receive an email with the updated status once a decision is made.

Keyper pays the landlord directly via bank transfer. Funds are never transferred to tenant accounts.

Failed payments are retried automatically up to two times. If the payment remains unsuccessful the day after the final retry, a fixed late fee of AED 1,000 applies. You can view all past and upcoming payments in your dashboard inside the Property Finder app and update your payment card at any time.

RNPM is available on residential listings in Dubai where the landlord has enrolled in the program. Eligible properties are tagged "Pay Monthly" in the Property Finder app, tap any card to see both the annual rent and the monthly installment amount. RNPM is not available for commercial properties or short-term rentals. The minimum annual rent is AED 30,000. RNPM is not a loan. There is no interest, no borrowing, and applying or being rejected does not impact your AECB credit score. Instead of a bank lending you money, Keyper pays your landlord directly from its own funds and collects from you in 12 equal monthly installments plus a transparent service fee. You will not see RNPM listed as a debit or credit facility on your financial record. Think of it as a payment management agreement, not a financing product.

Yes, early termination is possible, but fees apply. These include any remaining monthly payments that cover rent already paid to your landlord, plus the remaining digital management fees for your contract period. All terms are set out in your Tenant Payment Management Agreement (TPMA), which you can review in full inside the Property Finder app before signing. No changes can be made after the contract is executed.
