    Al Barsha is a very centrally located area of Dubai separated into Al Barsha 1, Al Barsha 2, Al Barsha 3 and Barsha South. It is comprised of a mixture of residences with a very comprehensive offering of apartment buildings.

    Residents of Al Barsha enjoy being so central and close to everything. Mall of the Emirates is nearby with a Lulu Hypermarket also not too far away. Al Barsha is nestled between Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road so getting around Dubai is very easy.

    The apartments for rent in Al Barsha are found mostly in Al Barsha 1 and in here there’s all sorts of studios, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments for rent. Most rental apartments in Al Barsha come unfurnished but as the area is quite popular there is a growing number of furnished options available. Al Barsha is relatively ‘young’ compared to other parts of Dubai and as such is reflected in the quality of the rental apartments available. It is not uncommon for 1 landlord to own an entire apartment building in Al Barsha and it’s also common for people to refer to their apartment based on how far it is from the Mall of the Emirates.
