About Dr Michael Waters
Dr Waters has been working in real estate academia since 2004 for a number of top UK universities.
He also worked in private practice in London, building up a portfolio of strategic property advice for major UK homebuilders.
Dr Waters is a Chartered Property Surveyor and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
