Q & A

Can you define how you qualify a lead as opposed to a viewing or general inquiry?

Stuart: We count the lead when an individual takes action on the website to contact you either via email, phone, SMS or Whatsapp. We’re actually currently in the process of improving the insight that we offer you around your leads. So keep a close eye on emails that you’re receiving from us. If you want to understand in more detail, reach out to your Account Manager.

How many sales leads have been agreed in the past four weeks?

All Property Finder clients have now got access to Data Finder for free and all of this data is right there. If you do not have access to Data Finder yet, please contact your account manager who will get you set up in 24 hours.

What is the impact of Expo being postponed for a year?

The short-term impact is we may see increasing pressure on prices as the demand decreases. However, deciding to postpone the Expo is positive for the real estate market. The biggest challenge at any Market is obviously uncertainty and postponing the Expo by one year will allow for all real estate professionals to be even more ready. It gives everyone time to increase their listings, especially in the areas where the event is going to happen. It’s going to give the developers time to complete construction of the units that we’re not going to be ready. It will allow us to continue to or hopefully complete the metro line that supposed to go into that area as well.
