Great location, too much construction going on through the night which makes it nearly impossible to sleep most nights!

Great building,problem with construction around it

Need to find better security system
The layouts and sizes are good but the traffic and guest parking is main issue 2ndly the noise issue is getting better hope it will be finish soon
Layout sizes are amazing few units ha marvelous view gym and pool are fair good size very easy access to marina walk main sheikh zeyad road in short I am enjoying my stay in sulafa
