I will be sharing regular updates and tips from Property Finder to help us all navigate through this period.

#1 Video Calling Apps & Messaging

Offering clients the ability to speak with you over video calling is the next best thing to meeting in person. Here at Property Finder we are using Zoom to replace face-to-face meetings in the office. Say “hello” via video, introduce yourself or even record yourself at a property and send to the client – anything to replicate the F2F experience to create strong and lasting impressions. Zoom video calling.

#2 3D Virtual Tours

If arranging a face to face viewing is not possible, there is the ability to add virtual tours to your listing. You can also add more pictures on the listing, to show the client everything they need. Virtual Tours.

#3 WhatsApp Leads

Make sure to add WhatsApp leads onto your listings, for home seekers to contact you. Our research proves this boosts your leads by up to 30%. You can then also engage with the client with more rich media, such as video messages.

#4 Be Alert to Phishing Emails

Now that more people are working from home and using digital tools, cyber-criminals will seek opportunities to gain access to sensitive information and passwords. Be extra vigilant during these times. Having access to your passwords is what they are trying to achieve. Be particularly cautious if you receive an email asking you to log into a Property Finder account. If you want more information or wish to report suspicious communications, email us at qualitycontrol@propertyfinder.ae and we will investigate and inform the authorities.

#5 Stay Safe During Viewings

When viewings and appointments do take place, please wash your hands thoroughly and take hand sanitizer for you and for the client. Avoid handshakes. Provide confidence to the client that their health is as important as yours.

We hope these details help. We will be sending further practical advice over the next few weeks.
