Here at Property Finder we are using Zoom to replace face-to-face meetings in the office. Say “hello” via video, introduce yourself or even record yourself at a property and send to the client – anything to replicate the F2F experience to create strong and lasting impressions. If arranging a face to face viewing is not possible, there is the ability to add virtual tours to your listing. You can also add more pictures on the listing, to show the client everything they need. 3D Tours.
Make sure to add WhatsApp leads onto your listings, for home seekers to contact you. Our research proves this boosts your leads by up to 30%. You can then also engage with the client with more rich media, such as video messages.
Now that more people are working from home and using digital tools, cyber-criminals will seek opportunities to gain access to sensitive information and passwords. Be extra vigilant during these times. Having access to your passwords is what they are trying to achieve. Be particularly cautious if you receive an email asking you to log into a Property Finder account.
