A 60-storey skyscraper soaring above Abu Dhabi’s City of Lights, Addax Tower sets a precedent for commercial office space in the UAE. Office floor plates are uniquely designed as column-free offerings, while the structure is constructed from reinforced, post-tensioned concrete, with the striking linear façade made purely from aluminium and glass.

Addax Tower provides expansive views across the Al Reem Island waterfront, and is located just a kilometre from the central business district in Abu Dhabi. The development itself rests upon a six-level podium, with three basement levels contributing to more than 1,100 parking spaces.

BSBG oversaw the complete design and delivery of the 266-metre tower (BUA - 146,850m²) under a Design & Build contract, also providing interior design services for all public lobby areas.
