Utilities pertaining to all common areas paid by the Lessor
Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Periodic Maintenance by Civil Defense certified contractor.
Pest Control carried in the common areas of office buildings with annual certification.
Third Party Liability Insurance Coverage for the office buildings.
Property All Risk Insurance Coverage for the office buildings.
