I love living in al sahab. Ive lived here for 3 years in different apartments.

Emaar manages maintenance and security so really well maintained, no security issues. High floors are really quiet.

I love my marina views and the location. Really near to walk to the marina, the beach, the mall and the metro. I also need quiet for my work so one of the few places in the marina for that. Because of the location, traffic isn't an issue to get out of marina.

I’ve lived here since 2023 and really enjoyed it. The location is perfect - close to JBR, Marina mall, cinema, beach, metro station. I walk to bluewaters island and all around the marina walk. It’s a beautiful area. Choose a higher floor apartment facing the marina and you won’t have any noise issues from the intersection.

I live in this building for 7 years.
Close to public transportation like tram, bus, water taxi, and metro.
Easy access to go out to SZR but traffic to come in
Walking distance to malls, beach, restaurants and cafe.
This building also has good marina view.
No damage at all during the heavy rain in 2024 April.

Very dated building in desperate need of modernisation especially the apartments which are so old inside. Good location but very noisy especially at weekends from all the traffic and people reviving their car engines. Staff very good, pool very nice but the gym needs updating, the equipment is very old now and often breaks down.

I lived here for 5 years and enjoyed every day. this building has the best location with easy access (no car) needed to: JBR, Marina walk, Light Tram, restaurants. all within 5-10 walking distance.
The best part is car access from Dubai is easy in &out since it is on the corner

Spacious apartments (Emaar build), with a nice view on the Marina, and very conveniently located (walking distance to JBR, the Marina Mall, JLT Metro).

Dubai Marina is a beautiful place with amazing waterfront views, great restaurants, and a lively atmosphere. It's perfect for a walk, relaxing, or enjoying the city skyline.

Dubai Marina is one of the best communities in Dubai

Dubai Marina is generally a great community; however, commute-wise, it is extremely difficult.

Going in and out of the Marina is not necessarily the easiest commute. Additionally, because of the tram, you will encounter a lot of traffic lights. Let alone the fact that it is known for being a tourist community, it gets extremely busy during the winter months, starting in November and lasting until February.

If you understand the pros and cons of it.

Dubai Marina has both residential and commercial buildings and offices. Most of the popular companies are located in Dubai Marina. It has people from all around the world, you could experience different culture. Dubai Marina is good for relaxing around the water in cafes and restaurants. It is nearby to Marina mall, Nakheel mall, Palm Jumeriah, JLT, Blue water Island and JBR. Metro, tram and bus facilities are available. Not much parks for the kids to play but most of the residential buildings has swimming pool and play areas. Nice view of ships and cruise around. Views are amazing from the balconies of most of the buildings. Main tech hubs are situated here. People who wish to have peaceful, greenery place might not like this busy area.

Very lively and vibrant area! The Marina Walk/Promenade is the highlight of this community, with beautiful walking path along the marina harbour. This community has great restaurants across all cuisines. Weather gets windy during evening (non-summer months). Ample places for families to stroll, walk and enjoy. Lived here since a more than a year and absolutely loved it. Traffic can be a challenge during peak hours. Marina also offers great connectivity across tram, metro and bus. The community is very diverse with residents (and tourists) from all over the globe which adds to unique touch. Highlight recommended for young professionals and new families

Dubai Marina delivers on its promise of a vibrant, walkable lifestyle. The buzz of the neighbourhood is great - there's always energy, whether you're heading out for a morning coffee or an evening stroll. The Marina Walk is a genuine highlight, and the sheer variety of restaurants, cafés and shops on your doorstep is hard to beat. For anyone who wants convenience and a lively atmosphere, it genuinely delivers.

The downsides are real though. Traffic can be seriously frustrating, particularly at peak hours, and the ongoing roadworks have added another layer of congestion that tests your patience. The neighbourhood can also tip into feeling overcrowded at weekends and during busier periods - which, depending on your mood, can make it feel less like a community and more like a tourist hotspot.

Overall, a great place to live if you embrace the energy - just factor in the commute.
